“La primera prueba de bomba de hidrógeno de la República fue realizada con éxito a las 10H00 (01H30 GMT) del 6 de enero de 2016, fundada en la determinación estratégica del Partido de los Trabajadores” en el poder, anunció la televisión oficial norcoreana.

“Con el éxito perfecto de nuestra bomba H histórica, nos sumamos a los Estados nucleares avanzados”, añadió el presentador, y precisó que la bomba probada era una “miniatura”.
Este ensayo fue ordenado personalmente por el líder norcoreano Kim Jong-un y se realizó dos días antes de su cumpleaños.
El dirigente norcoreano dio a entender el mes pasado, en una gira de inspección a un emplazamiento militar, que su país había ultimado una bomba de hidrógeno pero Washington puso en duda la veracidad de esa afirmación.
Pyongyang probó tres veces la bomba atómica A, que utiliza la fisión nuclear, en 2006, 2009 y 2013. Estos ensayos le costaron varias tandas de sanciones internacionales.
La bomba de hidrógeno utiliza la fusión y produce una explosión de mucha mayor potencia.
“Esta última prueba, producto de nuestra tecnología y mano de obra, confirma que los recursos tecnológicos que hemos desarrollado recientemente son buenos y demuestra científicamente el impacto de nuestra bomba H miniatura”, agregó el presentador.
